DG is top tier because. . .
Tell me why, I think they're great!

they are top tier because:
they are a stable chapter that has been on this campus for decades - always the top
they are attractive
they have sisters involved in all types of honorary organizations on campus
frats want to socialize with them
they are involved as a whole with many fundraising functions and actually generate a lot of money.....like dance marathon
they have a very strong alumnae that supports them and the chapter
I am not saying other houses are not in the same situation but this is why DG is a top tiered house; there are many other houses that are awesome on campus.
