Sigma Kappa is moving from lower bottom to upper bottom because of their house and their PC class. If their PC class is good next fall, they could move to bottom middle

New house not going to make any difference. Weird, strange, ladies. Did not like this house at rush, did not want to go back. The new house is not going to make a Hill of beans. Still the bottom. In my opinion the last house, dead bottom. AEPI does not belong in the bottom with them at all. Some serious problems with image. Need to Hire PR firm to handle. A beautiful house does not make a great sorority, just look at DDD. Not impressed with those snots either.

I had a completely different impression during rush. I ranked ddd 2nd- loved them! I ranked sk above phi mu axo kkg and aephi based on what I saw. I ended up in a different chapter but still wish I got ddd and would have accepted a bid from sk.

No, house doesn't mean automatic move. Some of the "top" houses aren't that nice.. Many bottom and mid houses are nicer. What matters is the girls. It would honestly be dumb for a PNM to decide based on a house alone, they go for the people they meet

Not many people know this but their nationals only invested this much money on them because they started to recruit better. It started with PC13 and was confirmed by PC14. The younger the girls are, the more attractive, social, and involved they are. They're obviously on an upward trend, the real question is if they'll continue...

You are wrong about ddd and sk but I do think since they have invested all this $ a pr firm is a good idea if only to help change old mindsets and have them open their doors on day 1 to a hot house and a hot chapter and be the top pick. That would shake things up for sure. Oh, and btw AEPi is a frat.
