Stand out at recruitment with amazing and original themes and decorations, make sure all the girls are presentable (hair, makeup, outfits on point) and in a good mood, pair PNMs with active members who share similar interests, that sort of thing

A house does not guarantee status. They are still the same girls with the same personality and if they're still having troubles after they move in the house, they're not moving up anywhere.

this house is awful. I hated going there doing rush. New house not going to make any difference what so ever.

I rushed with braces (as a junior) and got a bid from a top tier house. You can't really help it.
