Chi phi to AEPI DX Phi Tau level, AEPI to delt/ksig level, pi lam on top of middle maybe even upper mid. Chi phi is the same as Dx and Phi Tau, AEPI is making a lot of moves socially, and Pi Lam is ZBT they just took a quick break but they're back.

First off, AEPi in lower mid is a joke-they're probably at Delt/Ksig level. Also PiLam is really only like a semester away from being back to ZBT if they're not already there.

imo KA is really overrated and when given an option, sororities will always pick another fraternity over them for hoco. they have very few brothers and not a lot of money so i don't think they should be rated so highly..beta is good where they are they just didn't plan a backup option this year..

First off, pretty sure AEPi just got DZ for hoco, should put them nearer to the top of middle (still middle tho). Also PiLam should really be upper mid, they have socials with Zeta/aopi/dg/etc
