which sororities have the nicest house?

Look at the architect website that SK posted - Sigma Nu and Pi Kap are already drawn up for rebuilds. I've heard rumors that another sorority has plans to rebuild, but no idea on who. Plus, GPhiB is going to build (they say by fall 2017 but that seems impossible).
As to current sorority houses, a lot has changed with additions and interior re-decorating. I'd say I like DDD and DZ a lot (shocking, the newest, so I'm betting I'll add SK to this if I get to see it in person), plus AXO & ADPi particularly for decor. I found ChiO and AOPi dark and cramped, but I haven't been back since rush.

The pink should stay, I like it. It might be different if a chapter painted their house bright red or something, but it's nice and matches the overall color scheme of row. It kind of hyped me up when I saw it during recruitment. :)

The pink is tacky. House would look 100000000x better white. It's a nice house, but that pink ruins it for me

I mean yeah the house is pink but have you met the girls inside of it? They are southern and preppy for the most part so the pink kind of fits. If DG painted their house pink it would be pretty weird but idk I think it's cute on row, a nice change from the brick houses.

Back when PBP got their new house on frat row, they had it painted pink to annoy the guys. They eventually painted to a more normal color. PhiMu is kinda an institution in their being pink. I don't like it, per say, but its their thing.

Have you walked past the SK construction lately? It's huge - way bigger than I was expecting!
Also, any clue on where GPhiB is building? I've also heard they want it done by fall 2017. I'm betting because that's when APhi colonizes and they want to draw a distinct line between them as the newest chapters. But, how are they going to fund that so soon? SK saved for ever from what I've heard. Plus, will they or so they have a space until they build?
