How do sante fe kids in fraternities manage to get gator 1 cards? How is that even possible?

I went to Sante Fe and I was a Tri Delt. It is called dual enrollment.

Most chapters require that you're enrolled a certain amount of hours as a student, but I don't know if they all specify that its at 1 school
