When you rush in the spring do you still get a big/family? Also do you get to be a big the following fall?

yes!!!!!! all members get a big. you can become a big in fall if you choose and are able to, but remember that there's not always enough new members to go around and you might have to wait a semester. good luck with recruitment!!!
