spring rush question
by: PNMIs there any chance ADPI is participating in spring rush this year? I haven't heard anything about any of the sororities but I was wondering if they usually do it. I also heard that all the houses might have to participate this year, which would be odd considering not all of them need girls. Is this true? Sorry for all the questions, I just discovered this website. Thanks!

That's weird. I would think most sororities need to since some girls graduate. Originally I thought "well, some don't need to do rush". But there has to be graduates in every sorority each semester right...

Typically only a few girls graduate in the winter, leaving at most 3 or 4 spots open. But if they exceeded quota in the fall, which it seems like they did, then spending money on events for spring rush isn't worth it, and waiting until fall rush to take more PNMs is the most effective option.

don't know any ADPi's so I can't say either way. Just want to say that a chapter's history of doing or not doing spring rush doesn't affect how "good" they are or anything. Sometimes they like to focus on fall, or maybe they end up with fewer girls in programs that lead to early or late graduation. Good luck in recruitment!!!
