Remember that is new pledges, not tiers.

So my question is if AOPI, KD, and AXO are consistently having good pcs, why aren't they moving up? Like alright DG had a good one this year but last year was a doosey and they haven't moved. I feel like literally everyone is stagnant forever and I'm confused? I guess there's other factors i just don't understand

Have you even seen their new pc? There's no way they are below chio and especially not below kappa
