by: SighsDo tiers change yearly or do they usually stay the same?
#2 by: absolutely
They can and do change all the time.
- AOPi went from mid tier to what it is today in like 5 years
- ADPi went from top to upper mid in just 3 years
- alpha phi passed up sororities that have been around for decades in just 3 years
- delta chi went from mid tier, to being suspended, to being straight bottom tier
- sig ep went from top tier, to suspended, to lower mid tier in the span of like 10 years
- theta chi went from nothing, to having the best house on row, to an SA allegation that destroyed their house
- Phi Tau went from tri delt socials, to aephi socials, and then back to good socials in the span of like 10 years
If you think your house has room for improvement, good. If you don't, look harder. Every chapter has its ups and downs at UF

lamba chi went from 90 brothers to just 50 in 4 years
ato went from 180, to 130, and then back to 190
pike went from 150 to 77 brothers
delta upsilon went from 70 to less than 20
fiji went from having phi mu paired tailgates to having 15 brothers and renting their house to zbt
zbt meanwhile went from like 130 guys to 50 and then back to 90
If someone tells you a house is bottom tier, chances are that wasn't always the case and will change eventually

If there are 4 years of recruits making up a house, they can shift until it turns into a trend. Like DG was absolutely #1 in the early Tebow years, and have recruited less and less important pledge classes to middle tier girls in the last two. Judge by the latest pledges or the whole average, things change but slowly.
