Why is Sigma Kappa so low?

I might rush in the spring or sophomore year. Dunno yet. But why is sigma kappa so low? Like GPhi, on some rankings and comments, are said to be rising. And Kappa Kappa Gamma was low like 2 years ago but went to lower mid maybe this year or a year ago. And then Aephi has a good PNM class this year according to some posts, so... what's up with SK being consistently low?
