This is absolutely not true. Chapters have no idea what PNM rankings are. They don't see them, CAN'T see them. And the only way a chapter would know if a PNM ISP'd would be if their recruitment counselor or a member of CPC recruitment team saw it happen and told them.

If you choose to ISP, remember, if you don't get a bid, you're ineligible to be a quota addition if you don't match with either of your choices. You can receive a snap bid or go through COB, but clearly there are no guarantees that the house you're ISP'ing is doing COB.

Maximize your options. You can drop if you don't like it.
