No BS FRAT ranks/ guide for PNMs (unbiased) 2026

Top (these 4 are significantly better than all others at UF):
1) Theta Chi (Lots of good guys, good parties, good house, probably the most frat frat at UF. Potentially the hardest bid)
2) Sigma Chi (Probably the best rep, great rep with sororities, more chill guys but throw lots of date functions, potentially the hardest bid)
3) Beta (Newer to touse, mid house but great backyard and tailgates, new PCs are good although def some weird people sneak in as they give lots of bids. Not many parties but overall very solid rep)
4) ATO (used to be #1 but have fallen off for various reasons such as getting in trouble. They still throw 2 of the biggest parties and have arguably the best house, although it’s far from row. Gives lots of bids)

Upper Mid (These still have solid events and reps but much worse PCs on average. Also much easier to get bids):
1)SAE (likely next up if a touse gets booted)
2)PiKapp (gives lots of bids)
3) AEPi (very clicky but good rep)

Mid (Much bigger fall off in this category vs the ones above, no one is this category gets to do much with top sororities but still some decent options):
1) Sig Ep (high academic rep, still good guys with good house and tailgates)
2) Pike (much worse than pike at other schools but they dirty rush so some cool guys)
3) Ksig (big PCs, good house but it’s far, I’ve heard they do decent events)

Bottom (Everything here and down are substantially worse and often have bad PCs, bad events, bad reps, and you can get a bid by walking in the door)

4)AGR

Anyone not listed I have no knowledge on and is beyond irrelevant
