deferred suspension question

So my mom and aunt were Deeph (not at UF), and I'm very interested in joining Deeph. I understand how recruitment works, and that I don't get to pick where I go.

What I'm really interested in though is what does it mean under Deeph on the UF website when it says deferred suspension? Should I be concerned about this going into recruitment?
