NE1 kno jf lots of PNM’s are getting dropped b4 Pref lk last yr n if there will b lots of snaps on bid day what srats offer COB

There were not a lot of snaps last year no matter what this site says. If you were dropped by a chapter they aren't going to turn around and offer you a bid, chapters would rather go back to pnm's that dropped them rather than ones they dropped.
There are only snaps when a chapter doesn't make quota, and quota is set depending on how many pnm's sign cards after pref. And there is only COB when a chapter is below chapter total and that is set by panhellenic at the end of recruitment.
