Lowest: dg, theta, axo

Every house treats their new classes well and by initiation you have bonded with girls in your new member class. You have to put yourself out there and make an effort in any chapter, it doesn't just happen and you aren't going to be bffs with everyone.

If you want to see retention you will have to compare the changing membership numbers on the grade reports from fall to spring over a few years. Don't just look at one year's worth. COB is not an indication of members dropping because there are December graduations and Chapter Total set by panhellenic changes too.

If you really want to know it's there for you to see but you have to dig a bit. Don't believe what people are going to tell you on here, back it up with proof.
