sorority work week?

why did some sororities (adpi, phi mu) start work week today?? ive seen them posting tiktoks but official dates dont start for another few days. are they allowed to do that???

each chapter decides their own work week schedule it’s not as coordinated like they do at Bama so yes they fs are allowed to post

i feel like some chapters always start a little earlier than the others
