COB spring recruitment

Is there a difference between COB and spring recruitment. And which sororities do them?

There is no 'spring recruitment', it's only Continuous Open Bidding for sororities that may have openings in their membership numbers due to December graduations and/or members leaving for other reasons. It is up to each individual sorority to COB or not, it's not a panhellenic organized rush week, and sororities often just offer bids to girls they already know without announcing they are offering bids or ever holding an event. There are not that many open spots in spring and it just depends on the circumstances for a chapter. The best opportunity for sorority membership is fall recruitment.

Why are you thinking of COB now? If you are rushing your best chance is fall.

Lower C tier C houses do it even in the Fall.
