How bad is this?

I follow all of the sororities on Instagram but none follow me back. I’m not following any actives because I don’t know them. A friend said that if none of the actives are following me and I haven’t gotten dm’s by now it means all of the sororities plan to drop me before philanthropy. I’m not from Florida but have a good GPA and high school involvement. My social media is clean.

Don't worry about it and your 'friend' doesn't know $hit about it or speak for any sorority.

You’re fine I promise that friend has no idea what they’re talking about. No sororities will follow u unless u get a bid, a lot of times actives are told not to follow pnms bc of dirty rushing. You’re chillin don’t worry

Active members are not allowed to interact with PNMs. It can be seen as bid promising or “dirty rushing.” No sorority will follow you until you get a bid. This has nothing to do with the houses you will get back.

QUESTION an exec member of a sorority dm me to offer support and like just reach out basically is this normal for them to do ? Can I get in trouble for responding ?

Didn't happen but if it did it's not the pnm that gets in trouble it's the sorority.
