Yes it’s based on popularity. The higher ranked houses have the highest return rates in rush. There is not a big difference between ranks close to each other. The biggest jump would be between tiers. That is more noticeable.

Yes ranks matter but they also dont mean everything... it really depends on what you are looking for.

Higher ranked sororities will hang out with higher ranked frats usually.

However, each sorority is made up of great girls and you will find a sisterhood in each. Keep an open mind, try not to listen to other pnms, dont focus too much on greek rank, and find where you feel the most comfortable/belong!

Rushed a couple of years ago. I was one of the lucky girls that got a bid to a true top house. I was so excited . I took the bid because I got caught in the hype of the true top house. Needless to say. Two years later and I do not like the house at all. I should have gone elsewhere. There were sign that I dismissed.
