What are everyone’s thoughts on Alpha Phi now they have a new house coming soon?

I thought they were really cool and nice during rush. I am in a different sorority, but lots of potential if they get a house.

I think they are a solid group of girls and def have a lot of potential. Hopefully they dont stay stagnant after getting a house!

They are bottom tier but all houses here and in the SEC have something to offer. It’s just that the oldest ones got here first and tend to have an edge on the others in recruitment.

They definitely have the potential to move up with a new house.

Honestly Alpha Phi has some of the most down-to-earth women in Panhel, which can be a quality lacking in other orgs. I think they have a lot of potential going into their new house.

alpha phi is always solid at other schools. with a house they'd have nowhere to go but up

only been here for a few years and they already get priority over other houses all the time

I liked them. I did not see any fuglies during rush like at axo, kappa, sk , phi mu . We have to wait to see. A new house is nice but will not move them up to the middle tier.

Agreed.. they have pretty girls but a house will not instantly make them mid tier.. I think they are top of bottom at this point w/ KKG & may get stuck somewhere in between bottom & mid like KKG and Phi Mu

i’m thinking about cob alpha phi .. the girls seem pretty & nice is there anything I should know aside from their house bc ik it’s being built
