Top has been pretty steady other than SAE getting kicked off

In the mid:
Delt, Pikapp, Ksig, Pi Lam all doing well with social events/numbers
AGR rising now close to Sig ep/Phi Tau level
Tep slowly making a comeback with some decent social events

Not sure about the others

Bro-coming PiKapp unpaired hurt them. KA is on life support with 70 actives. Theta Chi suspended Pike doing nothing great bu surviving and recruiting Fes brothers.

NO Frats are on the rise as of yet. They are all in a state of flux. However, some do have the potential, but it won't be noticed until mid-Spring Semester.

zbt and chi phi, both newly back on row and both have had solid tailgates, def a good start for them

for middle tier frats i think Pilam’s back on the rise (they sank so fast after 2017 going without hoco pairs for 3 years) but they have huge pledge classes now and pull plenty of top tier girls. i also have seen Kappa Sig hanging out with a LOT of kd’s, adpi’s and tridelts and mid srats also like them more now. Sig Ep is also on the rise!

Rising

Theta chi - Sae being gone and pike being pike has helped them

Pi lamb - Theta homecoming after 3 years of no pair
Kappa sig- chi o homecoming and bigger numbers
Sigep - dz homecoming and bigger numbers
Phi tau - no homecoming, but they have a much a better social calendar and bigger numbers

AGR - new house and kappa homecoming, still super small though

Rising by default

Chi phi- only can go up from where they are lol so this is kind of an asterisk

ZBT - acquired a house finally, let’s see if they’ll do anything with it
