Bottom houses. The top houses such as Adpi, Kd and Zta get to pick the best PNM’s. The bottom are rejects !

Axo, kappa, sk, gamma, phi mu, alpha phi, Aephi will do COB. None of these houses made quota.

This is kind of ignorant… zeta did spring rush in 2021 and theta and aoii are taking COBs right now

What was quota?

Quota was 74 but houses can do COB if they had a lot of members who went alumni. They can add up to the total member number.

Adpi and Kd made quota. They do not do spring rush! They do not have too! No cob either!
