oos sorority rush

How hard is it to rush if you are from oos and don't know anyone? Is there anything you can recommend doing in the spring or summer to try to meet some people. If I don't have any connections, is it impossible. My city doesn't have many who go to UF unfortunately.

its obviously easier if u know people but plenty of OOS girls who don’t know a soul get into top houses. they go all over really.
