Why is aoii mid?

I always thought aoii was bottom of top tier but now there are so many new posts that say aoii is mid. What changed that made them fall?

In the top. It is Dg that wants Aoii to fall. I also see another tank rank putting theta in the top. Theta is not a top tier house.
