Serious question. If going through UF fraternity rush and went to all the houses, What are the chances of not getting one bid?

Depending on the house. The top- hell no. Middle tier houses- possible- bottom tier houses. Yes you can get a bid!

What if you're a legacy at a top tier but not "top tier material?"

The chances of going to every single house and not getting a bid are incredibly low. “Top” tier houses have more people rushing them and hence are much more “selective”, but it’s very unlikely to not get a bid at ANY house.
