Fact About Ranks (from real UF student)
by: hmmReal UF student here..just thought something was interesting about the ranks on this page. Idk who thinks that sororities/fraternities are literally ranked 1,2,3,4,etc, but that is not true at all. What IS true is the "tiers" (top, middle, bottom), but there is no ranking within them. If they're in the same tier, then the only difference is preference. Ex. Tri Delt is not higher than KD and ATO is not higher than Phi Delt - they're in the exact same tier. There's no "#1 srat/frat", just "top/mid/bottom tier frat/strats." Any numerical ranks are just self-rankers (which says a lot about those frats/strats lmao). Also what is up with the consistent Adpi hype? They're definitely good, but no better than KD or ZTA...I guess they're just primarily white so maybe that's why? Super awkward. Last comment is that everyone on this page is actually insane and reading these posts should be like reading The Onion...don't take it seriously. Anyways good luck PNMs hope this clarifies some things you'll be fine!

fr and you can tell when it’s a loser alumni based on how they type. they say such weird and lame things like PMS (phi mu syndrome) and Delt derangement syndrome like can you make it any less obvious that ur not in college or anywhere close to college aged 🤣

Disagree somewhat about ADPI, they're very good. Like you said, if they're top tier, they're just as good as ZTA and Kappa Delta. But I agree the hype on here is a bit ridiculous. But that goes for every sorority. News flash people - there is not stand out sorority on this campus. They're all the same if they're in the same tier. Hope this helps you sleep at night.

DDD is the hottest but ADPI is more involved. ZTA is trendy and KD is friendly so each of the top 4 are known for something but they are all the best for sure.

Overall the ranks on here are obsolete from the start. They are all based on personal preferences - why would you choose which sorority/fraternity you are going to join for life...just based on something reposted by a bot (which was just proven in this thread?). Just proves how crucial going into rush is with an open mind. If you got into UF, I'm sure you're smart, so hopefully you knew this from the get.
