Frats on the rise

High/ low Mid on the fall-
delt has had some questionable pc’s recently with some consistency and a lot of questionable and creepy dudes. They still have had good turnout on events and socials.
KA has also been dropping in number recently and in popularity now to doing events with AXO now. Their social calendar has also taken a hit.
AEPi took a hit from their suspension but will bounce back with a normal fall and tailgates again. PC sizes recently are unknown but have been dirty rushing and still having parties.
ΦΚΤ had a tough year not being able to have a traditional oasis and lower than normal pc numbers. No homecoming pair is also going to hurt them significantly. Won’t do events with anyone lower than kappa and can’t get any events with any better srat. In a situation to rise with a normal fall.
ΧΦ-has absolutely plummeted since their fall 19 suspension. They have lost about 80-90% of their actives from when their suspension was put in place. They also had to pair with ΔΧ for homecoming and combined might be able to scrap up enough for a normal homecoming. Had a very small spring pc since they did not have a house at the time. They are getting their house back in the fall.

High/low mid on the rise
ΣΦΕ has been steadily rising slowly constantly for a bit now, they would be much better if they could actually drink at their house. Chicks go their for tailgates to eat then head to Any other house.
ΠΚΦ since getting their new house in fall 19 they have shot up and have improved srat relations.
LXA have had larger PCs than normal the past year and have improved their srat relations. Tailgates and events have improved but they still struggle to stay around 80-90 actives consistently.
AΓΡ number have fallen to around 30 actives but doesn’t affect them because of their unique reputation. They are getting a massive new house that should help with the numbers. Everyone knows the good ol boys still throw down.

Bottom tier changes
ΔΣΦ had a run of climbing consistently and a good amount of actives but now with no house it will definitely hurt their future. They have to hope someone is getting kicked off soon. Will struggle to be around for a while.
ZBT is getting the Fiji house but it might be the worst one on row and them competing with TEP and AEPi they don’t really have much going for them but being on row finally.
ΔΧ got to come back on campus but haven’t done anything to really impress. Paired with ΧΦ for homecoming.
Fiji- basically dead at this point, loosing their house and will struggle to make it even a year if their Nationals hasn’t already disbanded them.

Damn that’s a lot, seems about right though, would say pike is kinda dropping too used to be best of the best
