Sorority ranking tiers 2020-2021

Top will be top, may be interchangeable based on the PNM, but this is the general trend for incoming freshmen. ADPi and Zta are really popular with the PNM's.
Mid tiers are changing. From tradition, chi o has always gotten top-tier rejects. Didn't make quota this year, and not a great pc'20. DZ and Kappa killed it with their new class, and used to be lower because they aren't on here self-ranking.
Low tiers are the same, Phi Mu followed every PNM during rush, needs to stop trying to climb tiers. Alpha phi is doing well for being new and not having a house.

DDD and ZTA and even KD did better than ADPi. Not saying ADPi wasn’t wanted by most, but when it came down to it at prefs, ADPi lost girls.
Theta did better than AOPi. AOPi had a bad year.
Kappa did surprisingly well. AXO was not as good as last year and took a step back from last year. Regardless of what anyone says, there is still a big drop from middle tier (and I would definitely put KKG in middle, maybe AXO) to the bottom houses.
If girls had only bottom (phi mu or lower) many just dropped.

Adpi got a typically great class, as did Zeta, Kd and Ddd. I'd say which one of those you'd list first depends on what you're looking for.

I can guarantee you that Adpi had a higher return rate than Ddd it Kd! Please stop self ranking !

kd has the highest return rate, actually. i saw their old rush chair comment it on a photo last semester. ADPI actually loses a lot of girls to KD, especially the past 2 pc’s.

theta’s been self ranking SO hard this year. i remember before pc20 a bunch of ranks had theta as mid, not even upper mid! their pc20 was definitely hotter but they took a lot of sketch girls. i know for a fact because them and DG take ALL the girls my house (and my other friends’ houses) drop for bad grades or being a mean girl.

i realized this when looking at the sororities tagged photos. pi phi, dz and kappa did surprisingly well.
