What's the hype?????

Can someone explain to me why adpi is always ranked at the top and praised on here? Oh wait, that's right! They have a position in their sorority dedicated to greek rank and praising themselves.
They never raise the most money for philanthropy, DM, or hold a decent amount of positions on panhellenic. LMK
