How do chapters choose during round 1?

I submitted my video but I do not know anyone being from out of state. Looking for honest answers as I can’t imagine how someone would judge a PNM with no conversation.

Every chapter has their own methodology for membership selection. Chapters that have had the highest return ratio will have to have the most cuts. I wouldn’t be surprised if the top chapters have to drop 50% of PNMs round 1.
