Why does this post keep getting deleted?

I've asked about 5 times and it keeps getting deleted- what is the process to drop (deaffiliate?) before rush starts? I'm going into my junior year and as I thought about it and how sad people are about no fall sorority events... I realized I'm not sad- I'm relieved. I kind of hate it and I want to drop the proper way. Any guidance?
