How can we do better? Serious question

Obviously Greek life doesn’t have the best reputation for being diverse. We’re a huge community on campus with a lot of influence. I think we could use that to support and welcome people of color, LGBT, etc. Philanthropy and service doesn’t stop at raising money just so we can go to formal. How can we do better? This applies to frats & srats.

Go to reddit. Lots of good discussions there and not full of ads. But idk if there’s a subreddit for UF Greek life
