Frat Reasoning:
Top tier is pretty obvious, although you could make the argument to move ATO up.

Split middle tier in half because the difference is too big for one tier. KA and Delt are neck and neck, and the rest of upper mid falls in below them, although you can expect to see KA fall in the future because they are smaller than most houses now.

Lower mid tier frats are similar to each other and pair with the same sororities, but sig ep is ahead because they are the only frat in this tier with AXO relations. Phi Tau is ahead of Lambda Chi and AGR, and they have work to do to bridge that gap.

Chi Phi drops to bottom because they are suspended, and the rest of bottom isn't changing, especially because Delta Sig lost their house and ZBT is going to suffer once TEP comes back.

Sorority Reasoning:
Top tier has been the same for a while, but ZTA has been catching some heat for low GPA and charity so they fall. The top 6 houses could move around a little, but they are 100% the top houses.

Mid tier has been moving around a lot, especially since Deeph went uncourted and had to settle for the loser of DZ. AXO has had some really good pledge classes, and a better hoco pair than last year. Pi Phi was heavily courted by 3 different frats.

Bottom tier is pretty similar to last year, as most of these houses mix with similar fraternities. Kappa has fallen off from the mid tier, but is still noticeably above every other bottom house. Phi Mu has had bottom tier frats as hoco pairs the last 2 years, but their GPA and charity keep them right below Kappa. The other sororities went uncourted until the last minute this year, and are fairly interchangeable. Gamma Phi's new house puts them above the other sororities IMO, but Alpha Phi will rise quickly once they get their house built.
