nothing’s changed. ranks are determined by social prevalence/looks/selectiveness during rush, but every house has something to offer and every chapter has their own strengths and weaknesses.
order within tier is based on preference.
top: adpi, zta, kd, tridelt, dg, aoii
middle: theta, pi phi, chi o, dphie, dz, axo, kappa
bottom: phi mu, aephi, gphi, alpha phi, sk

All know Adpi, zta and kd are the true top. The best of the best. Hardest houses to get bids from. Adpi and zta especially. You self ranking will not make you a top tier house. Facts do not not lie !

tbh i was gonna list them as a bottom house but they do pair with better frats than the other bottom tier srats. i can’t think of any frats they hang out with tho other than maybe sig ep, phi tau, maybe kappa sig. def bottom of mid and hanging on by a thread

Axo and kappa are middle, there is a huge disparity between them and phi Mu. I agree that they don’t hang out with as many frats to make them solid middle, but hard to compare social and rush aspect to bottom tiers
