Anyone that isn’t stupid can clearly see all the responses by supposed “DZs” are fake and just trying to make them look bad. DZ is better than alpha chi, that’s why frats like Delt, KA, Pi kapp, and Aepi only court DZ and never go after alpha chi. Even kappa sig only courts alpha chi as a backup in case they couldn’t get a better sorority for homecoming. That being said alpha chi is a low mid house, not bottom. DZ is middle of the mid tier.

Guess this didn't turn out to well.

A CHIO has been lower tier here but has had some decent pc’s recently. I’d say that they have moved up. They do have sisterhood issues

DZ has been solid middle tier for a long time. They are involved with a good sisterhood. I’d choose them over a chi o any day
