Sk has a nice house but Tri delt has the best house. Sh and gamma both beautiful. When adpi so house is done it will be without probably the best.

I am not on Tri delt , dg ,sk or gamma phi. I will say Tri delt has the best house right now . All the new houses are nice but not as nice as Tri delt by any standard. I think Adpi’s house will take the top price. Tri delt does not need saving! Never has . The new house will not save DG? An okay house but slipping and sK’s new house has still kept SK on the bottom tier. It is the quality of the girls that makes a house top tier. A beautiful new house is perk but was not a deciding factor for me. Sorry SK I would never take a bid from SK ! Never. With everyone building new houses here . Sk will be bottom. Alpha phi will move to the middle maybe even Gamma phi but never SK.
