whole 3 hours

if you stayed the whole three hours and they dont walk you out or give you a bid, and they dont text you the next day.. pretty much no point going back right?

you should go back, keep trying and try other houses as well, it’s good to get a look at everything.

definitely don’t set your heart on one house, try to check out as many as you can. that being said you can still definitely get a bid if you go back to the house you rushed at, but in reality only you can really decide how well the conversations went and weather or not its worth your time to go back
