If you know someone in the fraternity and/or have done a lot of pre rush things I don't see why it wouldn't be reasonable.

how about if youre chill but first time there? will they just stall you for 3 hours?

If you are really chill and the brothers like you it’s very possible the first day, when I rushed I got my bid during the first day without knowing anyone
