mid tier has nice houses

I’ve noticed some middle tier frats here have really nice houses. Greek life here must be really good if someone could have a nice big house and still just be middle. At most other schools, if you have a big house, chances are that you’re going to be top or close to top tier. I think the downside is that there’s just so many frats here it’s hard to know much about them. Middle tier frats kinda get overlooked

Tiers are in your brain troll. All Greek life is great no mater what sorority/frat you join. Take a hike loser.

Same with sororities though? Look at some of the most gorgeous houses- Gamma Phi, Sigma Kappa...
