adpi vs kd descriptions

how are they different from ZTA/DDD ? I keep hearing they have different vibes but KD seems more similar to DDD to me.

I know nice genuine girls in all of those houses and I know fake girls in them all too. All very involved, good GPAs, all have party girls, all have girls who don’t party. ADPi tends to have more Christian girls. There are stereotypes for every house but honestly you will find all types of girls in all those houses.
