Interesting that you chose this project topic- I actually did a similar one for my graduate thesis! The results weren't what I expected, but I think they highlight important trends for the future of e-smoking and political trends.

This is the data from my past observation, the numbers may have changed slightly in the past few months but I'd reckon it's still relatively up-to-date.

% of Greek life that:

Juuls: 69%
Smokes: 110%
Switched: Not a single one "switched", they all just started doing both at the same time.
