DG is considered top tier but in the bottom of the top. Most people think DDD has moved up to the level of ADPI and ZTA

Top tier is only Adpi, Kd and Zta. Those are the true top houses at UF. Everyone knows it. DG slipped to middle with aoii and Tri delt.
