Your bottom tier sorority is tops at plenty of other schools...maybe even in the state. So there’s that.

My view: enjoy the sisterhood for the next couple years at UF, because once you get out, no one really cares.

Who are you worried about how it looks? Employers? The odds are that they will have gone to another school, and the ranking of the sororitys there is likely to be very different. Being active in any sorority looks better than failing to participate.
