need advice serious responses only
by: FreshmanDo I drop a course or take a C grade? It is not in my major. Also, will bring me down to 12 credits.

if you know you're gonna get a C and its not in your major I would say to maybe keep it. what is your major if you dont mind me asking? many places dont look at your overall gpa, they only look at your major gpa, but again that depends on who is hiring/where you are going to for grad school, if youre planning on going. also 12 credits is fine if you have bright futures. you'd just have to pay like $600.

well if youre really worried about it go ahead and drop! we are given drops for a reason, and classes at uf get harder every year. ive dropped classes and gotten Cs in classes too. I freaked out both times but you'll come to realize that things aren't as bad as it seems. its really up to you. if you dont mind spending the 600 and using a drop right now then go ahead!
