tri delt and dg are rising a lot, adpi is rising at a slower rate (still better than dg but not improving as much - hard to improve when ur already top) zta is falling kd and aoii are stagnant but aoii had a good pc.

A preffed at a true top xo , and Pi phi a couple of years ago. Pi phi has the most genuine girls out there. If they would have been on the row I probably would have wanted a bid. Xo nice girls but not for me. I knew it finally at prefs. I ended up at the top house which I regret now. My mistake got caught up in the tier thing. Pi phi in my opinion is the top house in the middle tier hands down. FYI I did not one person at Pi phi when I rushed.

Actually they’re girls aren’t too bad but I get it for a new a sorority it’s expected for them to be bottom

They rose this year with a much better and more diverse PC but they are not as high as DDD/ADPI/ZTA/KD as of yet. I think their new house helped them a lot this year over previous years. They are rising for sure and clearly higher than AOPI.
