do i have an okay chance next year?

I didn’t rush this year but want to rush my sophomore year (next year). I know that tiers shouldn’t be thought of because all sororities have something to offer, but I was wondering if the top tiers do typically extend bids to sophomores or if that isn’t common. Do sophomores have a hard time getting a bid at all?

There are so many threads on here about sophomores rushing. Yes, there are multiple sophomores in every new PC including all of the top tiers.
