ad pi house

I heard that the AD Pi house hasn’t even been knocked down yet even though it was supposed to be right after school ended (almost 2 months ago)... It took both Gamma Phi and Delta Gamma at least a year and a half to knock down and rebuild their houses, so it looks like the new AD Pi PC might not even have a house until the beginning of their junior year. Thoughts?
