Yes--it will look different from all the other new houses built once recent years. Obviously it will take up pretty much every inch of the lot with a front yard to accommodate the growth in chapters since the first house was built 60+ years ago. Chapter sizes are much bigger now! Google UF ADPI new house

adpi is coming down in may after graduation and will be up by fall of 2020 I am assuming it won't take longer than a year... their house will be over 10,000 sq feet bigger than DG I heard, just confused about where it will fit honest to goodness will also b .5 million $ more expensive
