I did the same. Got in a wonderful house. My favs were Kd,Adpi, dz, Pi phi and phi mu. Genuine girls all difference tier levels( it does not matter) . I joined one of these but could see myself at any of these house. Real sisters. Not judged strictly on your looks !

I know 3 girls who rushed at another big SEC school. One took a gap year and turned 20 in the spring of her freshman year. Got a bid to a “top house”. The other two girls were internationals who turned 21 in the spring of their freshman year and both got bids to top houses.

Yes because you're still technically a first year, you wouldn't even have to mention it because no one will know. Chill out its fine
